Our apartment, flats, houses and halls range from 1 bedroom, to 7 bedrooms, furnished and unfurnished, single occupancy or flat/room share and they are within an affordable price range, located close to the University Campuses.

Property Management

Our hands-on responsive property managers deal with day to day property issues with total efficiency. From rent collection, to liaising with tenants, managing a team of trusted specialist contractors and suppliers, and to keeping our clients fully informed at all times, our energetic and friendly approach is competent and professional. We operate under strict RICS regulations and operate a Clients Account following RICS guidance. Our services can include:

  • Prepare tenancy agreements

Using our high powered diary system, we will ensure that important health and safety works are carried out when they fall due.


Helping You Through the Process

All costs will be carefully explained so there are no hidden surprises – before, during or at the end of your tenancy. Once an offer to rent a property has been accepted, we will carry out credit and reference checks via an independent referencing specialist.

As soon as you have been “approved” by the landlord, we will arrange for a draft tenancy agreement to be sent to you and will let you know how and when the rent and deposit should be paid.

We will then look forward to checking you in to your new home.
