Adam Hutcheson - MRICS
Adam is a Director of Westport Property. Adam was born and raised in Dundee, attending the High School of Dundee then graduating from Dundee University, before joining J+E Shepherd Surveyors. Adam went on to work with Graham and Sibbald where he gained a post graduate Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management Reading, thereafter achieving full membership of The Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Adam qualified in 2018 with the CIH level 3 certificate in letting and managing residential property, to conform to the Letting Agent Registration regulations. Adam founded Westport Property in 2012 and he specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property. Adam is a highly motivated property professional with 20 years’ experience in Dundee’s property market. Outside of business, Adam has a busy family life and enjoys travel, fine dining and motor sport.
Fergus McDonald - MRICS

Fergus is an experienced general practitioner Chartered Surveyor, who trained in the busy Edinburgh market. Fergus has over 14 years’ experience within the Tayside commercial property market, where he specialises in commercial agency work. Fergus joined Westport Property from Ryden where he worked as an Associate Partner undertaking a broad range of rating, agency and management work on behalf of local, regional and national clients from both private and public sectors. His experience covers a comprehensive range of commercial property types and portfolio sizes. Fergus’s key skills include providing acquisition and disposal advice with regard to office, industrial, retail, development and investment opportunities. As such, he has an excellent understanding of the local and wider markets and advises clients accordingly on their instructions.
